Murphy Ford Company would like to express our compassion for any undue hardship or inconvenience resulting from the outbreak of COVID 19.  We believe it is our role and responsibility during this time to prioritize the health and well-being of our customers and employees, therefore we have made some important adjustments.

We are offering financial help for those who are in need of a new or certified pre-owned vehicle.  You will be able to make your purchase now, but not have any payments until June.  Hopefully this will relieve any undue stress of making your purchase.  Our service department is offering free pick up and delivery service to those who are in need of service but are being encouraged to stay home.  We will also wipe down the steering wheel, door handles and other high-touch areas of your vehicle before returning to you.

We have increased the frequency of disinfecting the high-volume, high touch areas, including the paper towel dispensers, vanity tops, counters and door handles.  We have increased the access to hand sanitation stations to allow visitors and personnel to clean their hands more frequently.

We are requiring staff to engage in good hygiene by frequently washing their hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.  We are following the advice of federal and state agencies, the Chamber of Commerce, plus the health departments of the city and state to make sure that we receive the latest updates and protocols.
